Ever since he started his college career, Dr. Baioni had a deep interest in helping others in the field of medicine. While he wasn’t entirely certain where he could be of service, it was thanks to his uncle and two aunts who worked as dentists that helped him narrow his focus. After taking the time to shadow his uncle in his practice, he knew that working in oral healthcare was the perfect match for him. Today, he gets to make a difference in the community by helping patients near Bentonville preserve their oral health and achieve a beautiful smile they can be proud of!
Dr. Baioni began his journey into the dental field by completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas. Afterward, he attended the University of Tennessee Health Science Center to pursue his dental doctorate. Once he graduated, he went to work for a year at a community health clinic. There, he was able to provide a wide variety of dental treatments for the underserved community.
Dr. Baioni then went on to venture into private practice where he could build a safe and reliable dental home for those seeking to better their smiles. His education didn’t stop there, as he is still committed to continuing education where he can expand his skills and expertise so that he may deliver the best care for his patients. He’s also a proud member of the Arkansas Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Whenever he isn’t at his practice, Dr. Baioni is spending time with his amazing wife, who he met during their freshman year at the University of Arkansas, and their beautiful child, Brooks. Other than practicing dentistry, two of his biggest hobbies include duck hunting and anything Arkansas Razorback sports-related. Together with his wife, they enjoy making an appearance at as many sports events as possible, particularly the baseball games at Baum Stadium. He’s deeply enjoyed duck hunting with his dad and uncle ever since middle school, and he hopes to one day bring Brooks along with him!
Dr. Nick and the wonderful, Ms. Randi helped me feel relaxed with my dentist anxiety. I chose them specifically to establish with because of the wonderful reviews I heard about them. I was so glad I did!! Randi was so wonderful with my cleaning. Very gentle. Dr. Nick was very comfortable to talk to as well. Also, I have to get a lot of work done for my teeth, and I was price quoted 2x LESS than a previous dentist I had. I plan on continuing my care with them from now on.

Our goal is to provide high-quality dental care at an affordable price, which is why we offer patients different ways to make their care easier on the wallet. We happily welcome dental insurance to keep your out-of-pocket expenses to a minimum. Additionally, we offer third-party financing through CareCredit to make your overall treatment cost much easier to manage. It allows you to split up the total price into smaller monthly installments, making even the most expensive treatment fit just about any budget. It’s important to note that it’s not dentistry that’s expensive – it’s neglect. By failing to take proper care of your teeth and gums, you increase your chances of needing more extensive and costly dental work down the line.
